1. Scope of Work
- Architecture & Design: All architectural and design services, including 2D planning, 3D exterior/interior designs, and RCC designs, are based on the scope defined in a separate, formal proposal or contract. Any work outside this agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional charges.
- Construction: Construction services are governed by a detailed contract that outlines the project specifications, materials, timeline, and payment schedule. Project completion is contingent upon the client's adherence to all payment milestones and the timely provision of necessary information and approvals.
- Real Estate: Real estate services, including property acquisition, divestment, leasing, and management, are subject to the terms of a separate service agreement. We act as a facilitator and advisor, and do not guarantee the value, condition, or performance of any property.
2. Client Responsibilities
You, the client, are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information, including property details, legal documents, and project requirements.
- Making timely payments as per the agreed-upon schedule.
- Obtaining and maintaining any necessary government approvals, permits, and licenses for the project. Please note that government approval charges may be applicable in addition to our service fees.
- Providing timely feedback and approval on design concepts and project milestones.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All pricing is as specified in the service proposal or contract.
- Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of a non-refundable GST (18%) and Service Charges (15%).
- Payments must be made by the due date specified on the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services and/or project delays.
4. Revisions & Changes
- Revisions to architectural or design plans beyond the number specified in the service agreement (e.g., more than 4 revisions) may incur extra charges.
- Any changes to the project scope after the initial agreement must be documented in a formal change order and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from project delays or other factors beyond our control.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice. If the client terminates the services, any payments made are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.
